I’ve been shooting weddings for 9 years now and have witnessed over 400 couples promise their lives to one another. With each wedding, I am reminded how deeply I believe that I am doing the work that I was created to do.

I am a bit of a work-a-holic, I always do things to the best of my ability and do the right thing morally. A hopeless romantic since birth, weddings are my happy place. I am beside myself when I get to not only witness but also document, the most important day of a couple’s lives. I’ve seen The Notebook over 100 times and like to edit my videos to classic romance movies because it makes me doubly warm and fuzzy.

I’ve been passionate about photography for as long as I can remember. As child I would save up my change to buy disposable cameras and take them with me on nature excursions near the river by my house. A true documentarian at heart my passion to capture the moment grew with age and as the years passed and the cameras changed and the places became more foreign, the thrill of having the ability to freeze a memory in time remained constant. I have a curious mind that is always seeking knowledge. I revel in a new challenges and have learned to cultivate resourcefulness allowing me to solve problems on the fly. I consider these traits to be the backbone of what makes me a successful photographer.
